City Park Public Art Tour

About This Event

Public Art Docent Rosalie Martin will lead the tour, which will meet at the Thatcher fountain at 17th Avenue and City Park Esplanade and cover art throughout the park. Participants will visit the historic sculptures, fountains and gateways of City Park and discuss the “City Beautiful” movement and design elements of City Park. This tour is free to attend, but registration is required. If you cannot attend after registering, please cancel your order to release your ticket so that another art lover may take your spot. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Tours are rain or shine, however, should conditions become dangerous because of severe weather, Denver Public Art reserves the right to cancel or delay/pause the tour.
