Coastal Italian Summer Series: Puglia

Oliver’s Italian is launching its Coastal Italian Summer Series this June, a monthly one-night dinner series inspired by a different region along Italy’s coastline. Each event features seafood-forward specials, regional wine and cocktail pairings, and 99¢ oysters served all day. The first dinner heads to Puglia for one night only on June 10, with specials including tuna crudo with capers, lemon zest and herb oil, roasted littleneck clams in Calabrian chili butter, and oysters on the half shell for 99¢. Behind the bar, guests can sip on a Negroamaro Rosé and Rosé Spritz inspired by the region’s signature summer drinking culture.
