Hands on cooking classes with Award winning Chef Elise Wiggins. Learn the hows and most importantly the "whys" in cooking. Chef Elise will teach you the techniques of cooking dishes but also the often fun and interesting history of dishes. Guests get a recipe, Chef Elise teaching it ( which is guaranteed to be entertaining) and a meal of the food item we make together. We offer Corporate Team Building Classes as well.
