Join us for an evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and connect — mind, body, and soul. We’ll start with a 45-minute gentle yoga and mobility flow, perfect for all levels, to release tension and get your body moving. Then, settle into a 45-minute community sauna session with Cedar & Steam’s authentic wood-fired sauna, where you can relax, recharge, and let the warmth do its magic.Water and towels are provided, and guests are welcome to move in and out of the sauna as they wish — this is your time to listen to your body and enjoy the experience at your own pace.Come solo or bring a friend, and leave glowing from the inside out.
