One of Denver’s most anticipated summer dining traditions is back: Uchi’s summer Garden Dinner Series returns for a seventh year with four one-night-only, multi-course collaborative dinners set in the restaurant’s garden in RiNo. The series opens June 18, National Sushi Day, and runs monthly through September, with each evening pairing Uchi Denver Chef de Cuisine Geoff Daniel with a guest chef from another standout Colorado restaurant. Dinners take place at a single 7:00 PM seating, al fresco under the RiNo sky, with tickets priced at $150 per person, exclusive of beverages. The series has sold out every year.
