Los Chingones, Chef Troy Guard’s badass Mexican concept, is launching brunch service at its RiNo and DTC locations, perfectly timed for the arrival of spring. From Saturday, April 27, Denver’s brunch enthusiasts can savor a Mexican twist on beloved brunch classics from 10 AM - 2:30 PM, complemented by an enticing cocktail selection. Says Chef Troy Guard, “We are so excited to introduce our incredible Mexican-inspired brunch at our Los Chingones locations in RiNo and DTC! With spring being the perfect time for the best meal of the day, we’ve carefully crafted each dish and cocktail to offer tempting tastes like no other. Come try it out!” The menu features crowd-pleasers like the El Jefe Burrito, Red Chile Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, Breakfast Tacos, Chingon Fried Rice, and more. The newly introduced brunch cocktail menu offers bottomless mimosas for $20 (capped at 2 hours), a Breakfast Margarita with bacon-infused mezcal and maple syrup, a Spicy Bloody Maria, and more. Additionally, guests can enjoy pitchers of margaritas with unique flavors like Blueberry Lavender and Passionfruit Chili.
