"A live pre-opening series documenting the transformation of a restaurant in real time. RITE II: Snow in Summer We’re playing with Kakigōri cocktails on the patio. Think fresh basil, watermelon, citrus. Think Rome. Think Tokyo. Think fluffy, powdery, fat flakes of icy drink deliciousness. Each night includes: An Offering – (something poured, passed, or tasted): Kakigōri cocktails A Ritual – (something shared or enacted): A shared illusion on wish paper A Token – (something to take with you): ? :) Participation is complimentary, but we ask that you come with curiosity and good energy. Please note: due to the intimacy of this event, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance so that someone from our waiting list can enjoy the experience. Cancellations or no shows on the day of the event may be subject to a $20 fee."
