About This Event
Join Cheryl Yanko in a two-part Bloom Coasters with Resin Finish Art Workshop at Blue Moose Art Gallery. In the first session on August 5th, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, you'll create abstract coasters using house paint, varnish, acrylics, and mica pigments in a unique "Bloom" technique. Cheryl will guide you through blowing, spinning, and swiping pigments on ceramic tiles. The second session on August 8th, 2025, from 2:30 to 3:30 pm will focus on using low toxicity resin to finish your coasters. Safety gear and instructions will be provided. Coasters will need drying and curing time before pickup. This beginner-friendly class is open to ages 13 and up.
