About This Event
Join us for a Cheesemaking Class focusing on Mozzarella and Ricotta at 359 Linden St. Learn to make these cheeses from scratch in the Teaching Kitchen, with the chance to bond with friends or make new ones. Led by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor, the class covers the art of creating Homemade Mozzarella and Ricotta, along with Roasted Tomatoes and Garlic Confit. Participants will receive a recipe packet for future cheesemaking endeavors and get to savor a light meal paired with the freshly made cheeses.
