About This Event
Guests will watch a demonstration from Chef Dawn, and then create fresh cows milk mozzarella and whipped goat's milk ricotta from scratch (locally sourced milk). We will enjoy the freshly made cheeses in different recipes, alongside a beautifully curated board of aged cheeses, crostini, fruit, nuts, and house-made accompaniments. You will not leave hungry. There will also be freshly baked sourdough bread to enjoy with the cheese and pairings. Each guest will receive 3-4 guided drink pairings — from local breweries and wineries, Prosecco from Italy— selected to complement the cheeses. You can expect 1 beer, 1 sour, a selected wine and/or prosecco. This class is designed to be social, delicious, and stress-free, making it perfect for date night, friends’ night out, or anyone who loves great cheese and local drinks. Includes all food and alcoholic pairings. There is a mocktail choice as well.
