About This Event
Re+Center: A Sanctuary of Stillness is a nurturing workshop at The Movement Apothecary on December 6th from 6-8 PM. Participants will engage in breathwork, EFT tapping, restorative yoga with Reiki, and a sound bath with healing vibrations. The event aims to release stress, promote relaxation, and foster inner calm in a communal setting.
