Join us at Restore + Reiki for a deeply nourishing experience at 2721 S. College Ave., Unit 3. This sanctuary invites you to unwind, reconnect with your inner self, and find peace through gentle breathwork, restorative yoga, and hands-on Reiki. The class focuses on soothing the nervous system, quieting the mind, and realigning your energy. Suitable for all levels, the session culminates in an extended savasana for deep integration and inner stillness.
