Whether you're a rum enthusiast seeking innovative cocktail ideas or a curious newcomer, this masterclass offers a fresh perspective on utilizing rum beyond traditional tiki drinks. Participants will learn to craft a Barrel-Aged Rum Old Fashioned, Classic Daiquiri, and Clarified Piña Colada, each expertly paired with delectable snacks like Bacon-Wrapped Dates and Coconut Cream Pie Bites. Attendees will receive personalized instruction, enjoy the cocktails and bites, and take home recipe cards to recreate the experience. Plus, a Teaching Kitchen Assistant will be on hand for any additional food or drink orders.
