Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for a cozy baking class featuring some of the most famous Scandinavian recipes! This class will feature many different baking techniques and will introduce you to the Scandinavian version of a cinnamon roll, a light and fluffy Swedish celebration cake topped with rich egg cream and coconut flakes, and Danish raspberry bars. What we’re cooking: Cardamom Buns Silvia Cake Raspberry Squares Take-aways Hands-on instruction from a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor. A recipe packet with all the menu items from class. Enjoy the items you cooked at the end of class.
