Join us in the Teaching Kitchen for an evening of creating delicious Spanish tapas! These recipes are perfect for entertaining. What We’re Cooking: Ajo Blanco (white gazpacho) Pan con Tomate y Almejas (rich tomato and clam dip with toasted housemade sourdough) Garlic Shrimp Grilled Pork Skewers Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream Take-Aways: Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker chef instructor. A recipe packet with all the menu items from class. Enjoy a light snack of the items you cooked at the end of class and takeaway your leftovers.
