Teen Cooking Camp: Cast Iron Pizza

Let’s get summer started! Calling all junior chefs: Join us in the Teaching Kitchen as we learn how to make homemade pizza! We’ll make pizza dough from scratch, two different sauces and toppings, and finish it all off with a giant cookie and ice cream. This class is geared for ages 13-17 years old. What We’re Making: Pizza Dough Traditional Red Sauce Pizza with Mozzarella and Pepperoni Pesto Pizza with Mozzarella and Chicken Cast Iron Chocolate Chip Cookies with Vanilla Ice Cream Take-Aways: Hands-on instruction by a Ginger and Baker Chef. Recipe packet full of all the recipes from class to take home. Time to eat and enjoy all the delicious food you’ve cooked at the end of class.
