About This Event
"The Super Hero Within" is a Halloween weekend event designed for families with kids aged 4-12, focusing on recognizing and overcoming negative "monster minds" through meditation and Buddha's teachings. The event kicks off on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 5:30pm with meditation, a lesson, pumpkin decorating, and a pizza party at Heruka KMC. The following morning, Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 10am to 12pm, features a family fun session with meditation, games, and activities. Attendees are encouraged to come in costume, whether as a super hero, embodying a state of mind, a Buddha/Deity, or with a mask, fostering creativity and fun.
