Join us at the Lyric on Saturday, September 13th for an outdoor stage performance by WITCH, the legendary Afro-rock band from Zambia at the center of the Zamrock genre in the 1970s. Lead singer Emmanuel ‘Jagari’ Chanda and the band, now in a new multi-national formation, will be performing tracks from their latest album "Sogolo." The album was tracked in Berlin during a break in their tour schedule and features a diverse lineup of musicians. Expect a fusion of traditional African rhythms, funky grooves, and energetic rock vibes. Tickets are $27 in advance and $30 on the day of the event.
