TinkerMill Astronomy on the Sidewalk

Join the stargazers of TinkerMill in downtown Longmont to view the first quarter moon, planets and other deep sky objects in the night sky. We will have a variety of telescopes, large and small, setup on the sidewalk to share the wonders of urban astronomy. Learn about celestial mechanics, how to get the best out of your telescope or just try different styles of scopes. Bring your own scope to test and learn too. Weather dependent for obvious reasons and may be moved to Saturday if needed. This month's highlights include the first quarter moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars.
