SHIFT SUPERVISOR Join our team as a Shift Supervisor, where you will lead our Front of House operations and create an inviting and energetic atmosphere for our guests and team members. Key Responsibilities: • Foster positive experiences for guests and teammates by maintaining a fun and energetic environment. • Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality food with excellent presentation promptly. • Open and close the restaurant efficiently each shift. • Guide and manage team members through effective communication, teamwork, and task delegation. • Handle and manage cash responsibly. • Ensure food safety and well-being of team members and guests. • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively. • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant and all equipment. • Enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures. • Achieve mastery of menu items, including portion sizes and understanding allergens. • Demonstrate proficiency at Service and Sushi stations.
