CNC Machinist – Weekend Or Second Shift, Mill and Lathe Setup Final Frontier Manufacturing — Arvada, CO $27–$55/Hour | Full-Time | 4x10 | Medical, Dental, Life, 401(k) Final Frontier Manufacturing is seeking an experienced, fast-moving, and reliable CNC machinists to join our weekend and second shift crews. Mill and lathe experience required. Our ideal candidates are self-leads, problem solvers with minimum 4+ years experience. You’ll be joining a precision-driven team where accountability, communication, and follow-through matter. This isn’t a place for micromanagement — we trust our people to own their work and move with pride. Job Responsibilities • Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes with live tooling • Interpret complex blueprints and manufacturing drawings • Maintain tolerances within tight aerospace/military standards (AS9100) • Perform in-process inspections and maintain part quality • Run multiple machines and multitask with efficiency • Collaborate with production team to meet daily goals and resolve issues fast Desired Applicants have: • 4+ years experience in CNC machining (setup + operation) • Confidence with multi-axis setup and tool selection • Experience with Fanuc and Heidenheimer controls • Familiarity with lathes and general shop equipment (preferred) • Strong attention to detail, communication, and self-accountability • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-mix environment • Reliability — show up, gear up, and get it done right Schedule & Pay • $27–$55/Hour based on experience and skill level • Second Shift = 4 x 10 Mon - Thu ( 3:30pm - 2:00am) • Weekend Shift = 4 x 10 Fri-Mon (6am-4:30pm) • Overtime opportunities available Benefits • Medical and Dental Insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling company Final Frontier is a high-precision CNC shop doing serious work — aerospace, defense, — and we run a clean, respectful, and drama-free floor.
