Dispatch Coordinator The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator I is responsible for communicating with the drivers and assigning inbound and outbound loads to specific doors and staging lanes. Dispatch Coordinator Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $23.00 /hour • Full Time work available • Weekend work required • Third Shift (Wednesday through Sunday from 06:00pm to 06:00am) · Check truck drivers in and out. · Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse. · Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues. · Assist in appointment scheduling as needed. · Assign moves/Switches to rail team. · Update required reports on a timely basis. Dispatch Coordinator Qualifications: • Two (2) years or more SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) required • Excellent PC skills in MS Office intermediate require • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
