Role: Customer Service Representative This is a 3+ contract, fully onsite to start. Key Responsibilities • Provide customer service support for accounts receivable, membership services, publication sales, meeting registration, distance learning, and subscriptions • Respond to phone calls and emails to resolve inquiries, provide information, and assist with membership recruitment as needed • Maintain and update membership records and member benefits • Administer conference, seminar, and workshop records • Provide onsite registration and bookstore support at conferences assigned • Maintain consistent, regular, and punctual attendance Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of general office experience required • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience strongly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook required • Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to listen attentively and communicate information clearly and professionally • AimHire is an equal opportunity employer.
