Beer Server / Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Must be at least 21 years of age to apply. Great opportunity for college students with changing schedules!! Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. WORK SCHEDULE: Looking for FLEXIBLE beer server. Shifts are 4-6 hours in length (some doubles available). Must be able to start as early as 2pm on weekdays, 11am on weekends. Resume and proven working experience as a bartender required for application. Responsibilities • Interact with customers, take orders and serve craft beer • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience • Comply with all regulations Skills • Knowledge of craft beer, ability to assist customer in selection and style preference • Computer literacy - Will use Arryvd POS, and other app based services. • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean • TIPS certification within 30 days of hire Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.14 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • Are you available on Friday/Saturday/Sunday?
