Interior Trim Carpenter/Laborer

Position Summary: The Interior Trim Carpenter/Laborer will work on residential basement finishing and remodeling projects. This role requires proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry, working under the direction of a Project Manager. This position must be able to work independently as well as part of a small 2–3 person crew, delivering work that meets high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities: · Perform rough framing tasks including wall framing, floor joists, ceiling framing, and blocking. · Execute finish carpentry tasks including trim installation, doors, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry installation. · Read and interpret construction drawings, project plans, and work orders. · Assist with material unloading, organizing, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. · Follow all safety standards and company protocols. · Collaborate with the Project Manager and fellow crew members to ensure project timelines are met. · Conduct minor punch list repairs during and after project completion. · Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients on-site.
