Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Tele RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry is needed for a contract assignment in Arvada, CO. This role involves delivering skilled nursing care following state Board of Nursing standards while focusing on patients requiring cardiac monitoring and related interventions.
Responsibilities include:
• Independently performing nursing and delegated medical functions
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Collecting and analyzing health data to evaluate patient status
• Providing health education and counseling tailored to patient needs
• Administering supportive and restorative therapies directly or through delegation and supervision
• Executing delegated medical functions and referring patients for further evaluation when necessary
• Reviewing and monitoring ongoing therapy and treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Utilizing resources effectively to ensure quality care
• Upholding organizational mission, vision, and values while adhering to service behavior standards
• Flexibly rotating to other departments as required within competency limits
• Being available for on-call duties during scheduled shifts when needed
Qualifications:
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with telemetry experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in cardiac patient care
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical environments and schedules
