Machine Operator 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Machine Operator 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm Details: • Temporary position • $19.26 /hour • Full Time work available • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm) • Operate injection molding machines according to production specifications • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery • Troubleshoot equipment issues and report major problems to supervisors or maintenance teams • Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and defects • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures • Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations • Assist with mold changes and material handling as needed Machine Operator 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm Qualifications: • Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 25–50 lbs • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and heat • Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to use handtools • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
