Immediate need for a talented Project/Program Manager (HR M&A). This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Denver, CO (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: • Lead HR workstreams within the enterprise M&A program, ensuring alignment with overall deal objectives. • Drive Day-1 readiness and post-close stabilization for all HR-related activities. • Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment across HR and business leadership teams. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for HR workstreams. • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks to ensure successful execution of integration milestones. • Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams on M&A best practices and integration processes. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills;Project/Program Management, Human Resource (HR), Merger & Acquisition (M&A). • 7+ years of experience with specific background in functional strategy, program management, operations, and/or technology functions. • Preferred 7+ years of related business, project management, organizational effectiveness, change management experience. • Experience in global companies with several business verticals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Intermediate or advanced PowerPoint and design skills • Intermediate excel skills • Easily bridges teams, building collaboration and seamless touch points Our client is a leading Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
