Nature of Work:
The Guest Services Specialist is a key role responsible for the oversight and management of the guest journey at Denver Summit FC matches and stadium events. Reporting to the Director of Guest Services, this individual ensures departmental excellence through the design and implementation of premier guest experience programs. This is a lead role handling event staff training, guest relations, and operational efficiency.
Examples of work performed:
• Administer components of the Guest Services Staff full lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, and performance management
• Lead the Guest Services Staff in creating a welcoming and seamless environment for Denver Summit FC guests
• In collaboration with the Director of Guest Services, plan and execute the stadium’s Lost & Found protocols, Secret Shopper audits, and Stadium Tour programs
• Develop, implement, and facilitate team member resources, training, and recognition programs to uphold club standards
• Manage multiple customer service channels, delegating tasks, communicating event information to event staff, and resolving guest issues
• Act as a primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and Management to align guest service strategies with broader business objectives

Qualifications:
Minimum
• BS/BA degree in communications, hospitality, public relations, tourism, event management, sports/entertainment, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in public-facing environments like events, customer service, guest relations, hospitality or related field
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Google suite)
• Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and communication skills
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
Preferred
• Experience in guest services or sports/live events
• Event coordination or volunteer management
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards

Compensation:
• $56,000-$58,000 per annum
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
