Title: Java Lead Location: Denver,CO(Onsite) Job Type: Contract Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above) • Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA • Experience with Microservices Architecture • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, JVM tuning • Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ / JMS (preferred) • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments Thanks Aatmesh [email protected]
