Key Responsibilities: As a Burger Cook, you'll report to the Restaurant General Manager and play a crucial role in crafting our exceptional burgers: • Become a menu expert by following our prep and recipe standards to prepare guest orders. • Ensure guest satisfaction by accurately cooking and preparing food orders. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment. • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and ensure safe food handling practices. • Operate large kitchen equipment like grills and fryers while adhering to safety standards. • Follow checklists to set up, stock, and close the kitchen efficiently. • Assist with managing dining room cleanliness and support guest service where needed. • Embrace a culture of safety and adhere to all personal and food safety standards. Job Requirements: We welcome candidates with diverse experiences! • No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training. • Must be at least 16 years old. • Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable working in high temperature environments. • Dependable attendance during varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Follow our uniform standards and company policies. • Eligible candidates must provide authorized US work documents as we participate in E-verify.
