Colorado Tap House turns 4 this weekend
Something big is brewing in Arvada this weekend. One of the city’s favorite hangout spots is throwing a birthday party, and it’s not just cake and candles. Think beer specials, games, raffles, live music, and a few quirky competitions that might test both your stomach and your running skills.
Here’s what’s going down at the Colorado Tap House 4th Year Anniversary Party, happening Friday and Saturday.

Colorado Tap House is celebrating four years in Arvada with a full weekend of events, drinks, and community fun.
The highlight of the celebration is the 2026 Anniversary Ale, brewed in collaboration with Odyssey Beerwerks. This year’s special release is a Nitro Red Ale called “Ralston’s Fluffy Red Velvet.”
Friday kickoff
Friday’s festivities begin bright and early.
Starting at 8:30 AM, a limited number of coupons for a free pint of the anniversary beer will be given out with any purchase. Those coupons become redeemable when the keg officially taps at 3:09 PM.
Even better, pints will be just $3.90 until the kegs kick.
The night wraps up with a free Silent Disco, turning the taproom into a dance party.
Saturday: games, beer, and live music
Saturday is packed with activities from morning through evening.
10:00 AM – Donut Hole Mile
Run a mile and eat 10 donut holes along the way. Entry is $5.
11:30 AM – Morning Raffle
12:00 PM – Food Trucks
Parkway Pizza and Mile High Tikka Express roll in.
1:00 PM – Beer Mile
Drink four 12-oz beers while running a mile. $20 to enter.
2:00 PM – Afternoon Raffle
3:00 PM – Music Bingo
Free to play.
4:30 PM – Raffle
5:00 PM – Live Music
Local artists Asha & Travis take the stage.
7:00 PM – Evening Raffle
The anniversary beer will again be available all day Saturday for $3.90 a pint.
The Tap House team says the goal is simple: keep things fresh, fun, and a place where locals can gather, celebrate, and enjoy great Colorado beer.
If you’re looking for a lively way to kick off the weekend in Arvada, this party might be the move. Between donut races, cheap beer, and live music, there’s something for just about everyone.
