Front Desk Receptionist-Part Time

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Office • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations • Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person • Maintain organized reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office management Experience • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer support roles • Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and phone etiquette • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally • Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or in related administrative roles is advantageous This posting will remain open until the job is filled.
