Overnight Retail Store Remodel/Construction Laborer

Join Our Overnight Remodel/Reset Team! SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team, and we want you to be a part of it! As a Reset Merchandiser, you will work with a dedicated team to transform the interiors of major retailers while working overnight. You’ll be involved in building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures. If you have experience in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, this role could be your next career move. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly motivated, skilled with tools, and passionate about delivering high-quality results quickly. What We Offer: • $20 per hour • Must reside within 45 miles of Denver, CO • Excellent Team Dynamics • Consistent project work offering long-term opportunities • Overnight shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday • DailyPay - work today, get paid tomorrow (Free Enrollment required) • Career advancement opportunities Your Responsibilities: • Remodel big box retail stores overnight • Build and assemble store shelving and fixtures • Utilize Plan-O-Grams for product placement and tagging as approved by store management • Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics • Engage in considerable physical activity, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Qualifications: • Willingness to stand for a minimum of 8 hours • Ability to follow instructions related to product tagging, rotation, and placement • Planogram experience is a plus • Must be able to work the overnight shift • Comfortable using basic tools required for the job • Team-oriented with a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license • Personal cell phone and valid email required • Professional appearance and demeanor • Steel-toed footwear is required on the job site SPAR Marketing Force collaborates with national retail stores to manage new store setups and complete store remodels.
